Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Education, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Recreation, or a related educational field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum, instruction, assessment, and enrichment activities for the Extended Day Program.
• Collaborate with district and school staff to achieve program goals.
• Monitor program effectiveness and adjust offerings to improve outcomes.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and student programming.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment for all participants.
• Supervise and support site instructors and staff.
• Monitor student attendance and data in required databases.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grant requirements.
• Engage families and community partners to promote participation.
• Assist in budgeting and resource management for the program.
