Qualifications

• Prefer certified or classified employee of Campbell County School District.
• Experience coordinating/supervising children’s programs, incl. after-school care.
• Understanding components of a successful after-school program.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Kentucky Core Academic Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day operations of the 21st Century Community Learning Center.
• Implement academic standards within center activities, homework sessions and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with regular and special education staff within the school.
• Attend all 21st CCLC Advisory Council Meetings.
• Plan master schedule of events and submit weekly to Project Administrator.
• Manage daily attendance/participation reports.
• Serve as 21st CCLC instructor.
• Design and implement professional development opportunities for staff and parents.
• Attend mandatory state and regional meetings as required.
• Oversee the safety of all students served.
• Monitor program to ensure grant compliance and program implementation.
• Promote program awareness with all stakeholders.
• Weekly reporting to school principal regarding program progress.
• Assist in annual program review.
• Assist in the recruitment of sponsorships to create grant sustainability.
• Assist in strategic planning/program improvement work including quarterly implementation and impact checks.
