This role focuses on tutoring, coordination with teachers, attendance and materials management, and clear communication with families and the principal to support the school’s educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Extended Day program focusing on tutoring, academics, and activities, coordinating all logistics.
• Supervise program staff, including teachers, tutors, and volunteers.
• Visit classrooms daily to review performance and provide guidance and demonstrations as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment supporting student learning and well-being.
• Foster positive relationships with students and encourage engagement in Extended Day activities.
• Monitor and address behavioral issues per school policies.
• Manage resource allocation and materials for the program.
• Maintain accurate attendance, participation, and staff hours records.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, state regulations and safety standards.
• Serve as primary contact for parents/guardians regarding activities, schedules, and policies.
• Provide regular updates to the principal and school administration on progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with school staff to align the program with educational goals and objectives.
• Assess program effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and data analysis.
• Implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results to enhance program quality.
