Job summary

The administrator reports to the Chief Operations Officer and leads 24/7 operations, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and strategic collaboration with departments and physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related experience and one to two years in a management/supervisory role.
• Staff management, performance management, and compliance oversight are required.
• Experience in nursing home administration or SNF license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the Extended Care Unit to meet organizational objectives.
• Lead and direct overall operations with 24/7 accountability while ensuring quality of care.
• Reports to the Chief Operations Officer and aligns with government regulations and policies.
• Develops scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and staff development initiatives.
• Coordinates patient care services with residents, staff, physicians, and departments.
