Job summary

Rountree Moore Ford in Lake City, FL is hiring an Entry Level Express Technician to join Morgan Auto Group. We provide in-house training and Express Tech tools to start your automotive career.

Responsibilities include performing express services, checking fluid levels and tire pressures, resetting oil reminders, lubricating suspension fittings, and documenting inspections for the Service Advisor. No prior experience required; reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Entry level/graduate technicians; experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services in a timely manner.
• Check and top off all fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
• Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers.
• Lubricate every suspension fitting and door hinge.
• Perform general visual inspections and document the findings on the provided digital inspection report format.
• Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report for review with the customer in timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform express services in a timely manner.

• Perform all required service in the allotted amount of time management has assigned to the service.
• Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report for review with the customer in timely manner.
• Report all safety concerns to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in the event of an equipment failure.
• Keep work area clean at all times
• Experience would be beneficial but not required to have this opportunity
