Job summary

Morgan Auto Group in Sarasota, FL is hiring for an Entry or Experienced Level Express Technician. Join a family-oriented team and benefit from in-house training programs plus Express Tech tools to support your development.

Responsibilities include performing express services, fluid/top-off checks, and keeping the service area organized. Prior experience is helpful but not required; reliability and teamwork are emphasized for daily success.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services in a timely manner.
• Check and top off all fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
• Reset oil reminder lights and change reminder stickers as needed.
• Lubricate suspension fittings and door hinges.
• Document findings using the digital inspection report format.
• Provide inspection report to Service Advisor for review with the customer.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform express services in a timely manner.
• Check and top off all fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
• Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers
• Lubricate every suspension fitting and door hinge.
• Perform general visual inspections and document the findings on the provided digital inspection report format.
• Perform all required service in the allotted amount of time management has assigned to the service.
• Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report for review with the customer in timely manner.
• Report all safety concerns to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in the event of an equipment failure.
• Keep work area clean at all times
• Experience would be beneficial but not required to have this opportunity
