Job summary

Morgan Auto Group’s CDJR of Tampa Bay is seeking an Entry Level Express Technician to join our family and begin a rewarding career path with in-house training and Express Tech tools.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position appropriate for recent graduates or individuals starting a career in auto service.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions to complete express services.
• Ability to communicate with Service Advisors and document inspection findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services in a timely manner.
• Check and top off all fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
• Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers.
• Lubricate suspension fittings and door hinges.
• Conduct general visual inspections and document findings in the digital inspection report.

Qualifications & Responsibilities Include:

• Perform express services in a timely manner.
• Check and top off all fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.

• Lubricate every suspension fitting and door hinge.
• Perform general visual inspections and document the findings on the provided digital inspection report format.
• Perform all required service in the allotted amount of time management has assigned to the service.
• Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report for review with the customer in timely manner.
• Report all safety concerns to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in the event of an equipment failure.
• Keep work area clean at all times
• Experience would be beneficial but not required to have this opportunity
