Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking an entry-level automotive technician eager to learn, grow, and work with experienced professionals. This role focuses on basic maintenance and assisting seasoned techs. The position offers pay at $22 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule 7am–4pm with rotating Saturdays, paid manufacturer training, health/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO and employee discounts. Valid driver's license and clean record required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Desire to grow in automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Assist experienced techs with repairs and diagnostics
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient
• Other tasks assigned by the management team
