Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of New London is hiring automotive service technicians to join our growing, dynamic team. You’ll work in a supportive environment where quality and customer service matter, and you’ll have opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

We value energy, reliability and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities include testing and repairing vehicles, diagnosing systems, and providing accurate time estimates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, and A/C.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
