Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician at Mercedes Benz of Burlington. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, ensuring quality workmanship. The position offers a competitive pay ranging from $30 to $45 per hour, a bi-weekly productivity bonus, and full benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Additional perks include paid training, PTO, 401(k) options, and employee referral bonuses. We are looking for a dependable individual with at least 3 years of experience and a valid driver’s license.

Mercedes Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an Experienced Automotive Technicianwho is ready to be part of our team. If you can diagnose complex issues and know how to “fix it right” the first time, we’ve got a bay waiting for you.

Our Flar Rate Technician Compensation Plan includes:

• $30-45/hr. base flat rate
• Bi-weekly productivity bonus up to $4.00 more per produced hour
• Annual productivity Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and rotating Saturdays

Requirements
