Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Burlington is seeking an entry-level automotive technician to join our Lyon-Waugh Auto Group family. You’ll learn on the job, gain hands-on experience, and work with skilled techs on basic maintenance tasks.

We offer paid manufacturer training, a comprehensive benefits package, and a schedule Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with rotating Saturdays to fit your growth in the automotive field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings.
• Basic computer skills.
• MA state inspectors license is a plus.
• Desire to grow in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Assist experienced techs with repairs and diagnostics
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient
• Other tasks assigned by the management team

Skills
