Audi Parker, part of McDonald Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Technician to join a team dedicated to top-tier customer service and high-quality vehicle care in Parker, CO.

You will perform repair orders, diagnose issues, and test systems to ensure warranties and manufacturer specifications are met. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and precise diagnostics to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about needed additional services.
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and proficient computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide an accurate estimate of time needed for additional repairs
