Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record
• 1-3years ofprogressiveexperience in auto service is preferred but not required

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
• Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency,and trust through timely communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
• Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
