Job summary

Morgan Auto Group’s Kia of Clermont is seeking an Entry Level Express Technician to perform express services and vehicle inspections at our Kentucky dealership. The program offers in-house training, an apprenticeship track, and opportunities to grow while you learn.

Labor ranges are designed for entry level with progressive pay and comprehensive benefits. We welcome graduates and emphasize reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level/graduate technicians welcome.
• Experience would be beneficial but not required.
• Willing to participate in in-house training and apprenticeship.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible and team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services in a timely manner.
• Check and top off all fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
• Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers.
• Lubricate every suspension fitting and door hinge.
• Perform general visual inspections and document the findings on the provided digital inspection report format.
• Perform all required service in the allotted amount of time management has assigned to the service.
• Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report for review with the customer in timely manner.
• Report all safety concerns to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in the event of an equipment failure.
• Keep work area clean at all times

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $15 USD to $20 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
