Tom Wood Group is hiring an Express Technician to join our high-energy automotive team in Indiana. You’ll perform routine maintenance, document services, and communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers, all while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge required; shop equipment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
