Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac in Rochester, MN is seeking an ambitious automotive technician to begin a rewarding career in a fast-paced service department. You will learn from veteran technicians, participate in hands-on service drive trainings, and gain practical experience with the latest tools and equipment to help you grow.

Our shop emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and internal promotion, offering a structured path from entry level to advanced technician roles as you prove your skills

Qualifications

• Communication skills: communicates effectively with others.
• Time management: managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills: familiarity with standard software is required.
• Clean driving record: driving history must meet company standards.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
