Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac in Rochester, MN is launching a ground floor training program for aspiring automotive technicians. Join our veteran service team to gain hands-on experience, learn about tools and equipment, and grow toward advanced technician roles.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and teamwork are essential.
• Strong time management to handle tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency for shop systems and records.
• A clean driving record is required for site access.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective in mind.
