Job summary

Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for individuals to join our floor-level training program focused on the machinery side of the auto world. Veteran service technicians will provide hands-on service drive trainings to help you ramp up quickly, learn tools and equipment, and advance in your career.

Qualifications

• Communication skills required to effectively interact with teammates and customers.
• Time management is essential to coordinate workloads and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for systems and records.
• A clean driving record is required for service drives and related tasks.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective first.
