Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Service Technician. Located in Maplewood, MN, this role repairs and maintains vehicles to dealer and factory standards, while building customer loyalty through trust and clear communication.

Formación

• Automotive Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repair.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and training classes.
• Maintain organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextAutomotive Service Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood, theAutomotive Service Technicianwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
