Responsibilities

• Promptly meet and greet customers on the service drive with professionalism.
• Represent the dealership and provide personalized service to customers.
• Greet and assist customers calling the dealership about service needs.
• Outline customer needs on the repair order with accuracy and efficiency.
• Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and suggest additional needed services.
• Explain the importance of vehicle care and maintenance to customers.
• Provide written estimates for labor and parts.
• Set a promise time and follow up as needed.
• Communicate with technicians during the service.
• Monitor vehicle progress and update the customer on status.
• Meet with the customer after service to review work performed.
• Obtain payment and signatures from the customer.
• Maintain high customer service standards and sincerity.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Day

Essential Duties

• Promptly meet and greet customers on the service drive in a friendly and professional manner
• Represent the dealership in a positive manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers
• Properly greet and assist all customers calling the dealership regarding service needs
• Clearly outline customer needs on the repair order with efficiency/accuracy
• Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional needed services
• Advise the customer of the importance of properly caring for their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicle
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Establish a "promise time" and follow up as needed
• Effectively communicate with the technicians working on the customer's vehicle
• Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the visit; keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle
• During the service visit and once completed, meet with the customer and thoroughly review the work performed
• Obtain necessary payment and signatures from the customer
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers
• Maintain the highest customer service standards
