Schomp Automotive Group is seeking an Entry Level Express Service Advisor at our Aurora, CO location. This on-site, full-time role involves initiating automotive services, assessing maintenance needs, and guiding customers through service options to ensure top-tier guest experiences.

You will coordinate with technicians, review inspections, and verify invoices, with benefits including comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service.

Responsabilidades

• The Entry Level Express Service Advisor will Initiate automotive services and repairs by discussing with the customer the services desired
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
• Review vehicle inspections estimates, and recommend proper maintenance care to the customer
• Review daily technician roster; distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
