Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team in York County, West Manchester Township. You will manage service orders, greet customers, and coordinate with technicians to deliver prompt, high-quality service.

The position offers a commission-based pay structure ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 annually, plus PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and employee discounts. Some Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and sales environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to explain vehicle services and options clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
