Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet is hiring an energetic and motivated automotive service advisor to join a growing team. You will oversee service orders, manage the drive lane, and provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure prompt, courteous service.

The role includes selling technician time and distributing work efficiently among staff. This full-time position offers a commission-based pay structure with potential earnings between $40,000 and $80,000 annually, plus PTO, holidays, and a robust

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts/tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
