Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and resolve customer concerns.
• Explain required services, costs and completion times.
• Assess customer needs with a vehicle walk-around.
• Obtain customer agreement for service needs.
• Write accurate repair orders.
• Provide accurate estimates and upfront pricing.
• Obtain approvals for review of findings and for Additional Service Requests.
