Southern Auto Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an Express Advisor to efficiently assist Oil Change customers and coordinate fast, safe service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, and a valid license with a clean record.
ASE is a plus and a positive, professional demeanor is essential. The candidate will schedule service, make repair recommendations, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining safety standards.
Our FAST LANE is FAST!!!! So fast in fact, that we will be hiring an Express Advisor to help our Oil Change customers get in and out, as efficiently and safely as possible. Chevrolet is looking specifically for a FAST LANE ADVISOR! This position would line up perfectly for our NAPA, AutoZone, Pep Boyz, or Advanced Auto personnel! Greeting and caring for customers with quality customer service is all we ask... Our Technicians will take care of the rest! Interviews are beginning now!
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record. ASE certification is a plus. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.
