Job summary

Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our Service Department. You will educate customers on routine maintenance, recommend services, and provide timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
• Determine vehicle maintenance and repair needs based on customer feedback, inspections, and mileage
• Create repair orders including service recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines
• Obtain customer authorization for recommended services and collect payment
• Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely service completion
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and follow up regarding service satisfaction

Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 7am-6pm | Rotating Saturdays 7am-5pm

Pay: Uncapped Commission | $50,000.00-$85,000.00/year
