Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Onalaska, WI is seeking an Express Service Guest Care role. You will greet guests, ensure their vehicle service needs are met, and communicate updates clearly throughout the process. Training will be provided based on existing customer service experience and the role offers growth potential.

This position pays $40,000–$50,000+ annually, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and more.

In this fast-paced position at Dahl Honda in Onalaska, WI, you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our express service guests. Greet them with a smile as they enter the facility, ensure we take care of their vehicle service needs and communicate with them throughout the process.We will train you on your system and process - just bring your customer service experience and be ready to succeed! Thisposition range is $40,000–$50,000+ per year, based on experience!

Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

Communicate with technicians and relay helpful information back to the customer
