What Will I Do Every Day?
  • Set, confirm, and prepare for appointments with customers to ensure a great service experience
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction indices
  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival
  • Determine vehicle needs through customer information, walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives
  • Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning ongoing vehicle maintenance
  • Prepare repair orders with cost and time estimates, ensuring full transparency
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts associates for timely completion of work
  • Follow up with customers on vehicle status as per their preferred communication method
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty
What Are the Requirements for This Job?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and consultative skills
  • Willingness to follow up with customers
  • Experience with technology and a desire to work with it
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record
