Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, the operator of the Express brand, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for Outlets Of Des Moines. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience and support stocking, cleaning and merchandising to keep the floor inviting.

The role requires 0–2 years of retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends. You will process transactions efficiently and contribute to credit and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years retail experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait time.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor.
