A leading automotive dealership in Ohio is seeking an Express Maintenance Manager. This role is vital for managing the Express Service department, ensuring quality service delivery, and upholding customer satisfaction. Job Description:
The Express Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the Express Service department. This role ensures that all Toyota Express Maintenance procedures are executed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Express Maintenance Manager oversees scheduling, workflow management, and performance metrics to maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in technician development, process compliance, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all Express Maintenance operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Manage and develop Express Service Technicians and Advisors through coaching, training, and performance management.
Monitor and achieve department objectives for productivity, efficiency, labor hours sold, and CSI.
Coordinate daily workflow to maximize shop capacity while maintaining Toyota standards for quality and safety.
Ensure all services meet Toyota Express Maintenance guidelines and dealership quality expectations.
Partner with Parts and Service departments to maintain parts availability and streamline operations.
Support dealership-wide customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve any customer service concerns.
Maintain compliance with all safety policies, environmental regulations, and manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Working knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and Express Maintenance processes preferred.
