We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. Job Details
1. Maintenance Management:
o Oversee the maintenance of all company stores to ensure they are operating at optimal capacity, maintaining 100% operational efficiency.
o Handle service calls, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and assess the need for service dispatch.
o Contact and negotiate with vendors to resolve repair issues, manage expectations, and ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
2. Vendor Management:
o Develop and manage relationships with local, regional, and national vendors to maintain competitive pricing and quality service for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and supplies.
o Negotiate pricing and service terms for local and national programs, ensuring the best value for the company.
3. Customer Support:
o Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to solving maintenance and service issues.
o Demonstrate urgency and responsiveness to meet the needs of the organization, fostering positive relationships across departments.
4. Collaboration with Construction:
o Collaborate with the Construction department to make recommendations for improvements to equipment prototypes based on maintenance feedback and service calls.
5. Waste and Recycling Management:
o Manage the company's waste hauling and recycling programs, ensuring efficient disposal and recycling processes.
o Oversee the purchase, installation, and scheduling of waste hauling equipment for new stores, making recommendations on equipment types and procedures.
