Qualifications

• 12 months of oil changing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and replace oil filter per vehicle specifications.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Rotate tires and balance where applicable.
• Inspect and refill fluids; maintain a clean work area.
• Complete MPI forms detailing tires, brakes, and fluids.
