Qualifications

• 12 months of oil change experience or related automotive service exposure.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Provide exemplary customer service and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and related lube services per manufacturer specs.
• Check and communicate oil levels and tire pressures; inspect fluids.
• Install oil drain plug gasket and oil filter; maintain clean work area.
• Assist with tire rotation, wiper blade changes, and basic inspections.
• Document service details and report any issues to foreman.
• Adhere to safety policies and pre-employment screening requirements.
