Job summary

Hall Nissan Virginia Beach is seeking a Quick Lube / Express Automotive Technician. The role includes performing light maintenance such as lube, oil, and filter changes, tire balancing and rotation, and cooling system flushing.

You will work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We offer paid training, flexible hours, ASE and state inspection certification support, and a comprehensive employee benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership or independent shop.
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good customer relations skills.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs light maintenance and repairs: lube, oil, and filter changes.
• Balances and rotates tires; flushing cooling system.
• Diagnoses and inspects vehicle systems; communicates needs to customers and team.
• Inspects fluid levels; checks air pressures; lubricates moving parts.
• Drains oil and refills; replaces oil and air filters.
• Inspects vehicles for additional repairs needed.
