Job summary

Hall Mazda Virginia Beach is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs including lubricants, oil changes, tire rotation, and cooling system flushing. You will work independently or with a team to ensure top service and customer satisfaction.

Qualified applicants have 1–2 years of dealership experience or automotive trade school training, a clean driving record, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership or comparable automotive trade school experience.
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide good customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Injects grease into units using grease gun; inspect fluid levels in steering gear and reservoirs.
• Check air pressure of tires and lubricate moving parts.
• Drain and refill engine oil; replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed and communicate findings.
