Responsibilities:

• Perform quick oil changes, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and tires as needed.
• Assist in performing multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers about maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
• Work efficiently to meet customer expectations for timely service.
• Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to Mazda’s quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive experience or knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary.
