What We’re Searching For
Adina is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Punch-Out Technician to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in the final stages of our concrete and sitework projects, handling final repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments to ensure our work meets the highest standards before handoff. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, communicates well with the team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate has a broad skill set in punch-out work, is solution-driven, and can manage small repairs across a variety of concrete finishing tasks.

What You’ll Do

1. Complete final repairs, adjustments, and finishes to concrete flatwork, curbs, and related site structures
2. Address any deficiencies or quality concerns identified during walkthroughs
3. Collaborate with site supervisors and field crews to ensure project completion aligns with quality expectations
4. Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work area
5. Communicate material needs or issues promptly to supervisors
6. Meet deadlines while following all safety and quality protocols

What You Need

1. Proven experience in concrete, punch-out work, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in using various concrete tools and techniques.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishes.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite.
