Job description

Express Lube Technician
Location: Ponca City, OK
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with shifts scheduled within these hours. Every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Flexible hours may be considered).

We're seeking an enthusiastic Express Lube Technician to join our team and help us kick off 2025 with growth and excellence. This entry-level role is ideal for someone excited to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment while contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Conduct thorough multipoint inspections on vehicles.

Additional Duties May Include:

1. Assist with Quick Check vehicle intake when the Express Lane is busy.
2. Valet park customer vehicles.
3. Provide support to Service and Parts Department staff as needed.
4. Move vehicles within the dealership.
5. Pick up and drop off customers.
6. Assist retail customers and technicians.
7. Maintain a clean shop and customer waiting areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
• Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours daily.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
