A leading automotive service center is seeking an Express Lube Technician to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fluid changes. The Express Lube Technician services vehicles by rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids, following all established standards and procedures. Responsibilities include checking oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. The goal is to deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience. Automotive training or repair experience is a plus. Must have an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, and physical dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service is essential. State-certified inspectors are a plus.

No experience is necessary; entry-level position willing to learn. One year of relevant experience is preferred. Knowledge of automotive servicing is highly desired. Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record, with the ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are required. Must be safety and customer service oriented, physically capable of bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects. Certification as a state inspector is a plus. Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic, with a keen interest in automotive work and self-motivation.
