Job summary

Diehl Kia of Hermitage is hiring an Express Lube Technician / Quick Lube Technician to join our service team in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers hands-on dealership experience and opportunities to grow within the Diehl Automotive family.

Ideal candidates may have prior lube or automotive service experience or be entry-level and eager to learn. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections while maintaining a safe, efficient service flow.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn additional automotive training.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and top off fluids.
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and filters.
• Replace air filters and windshield wipers as needed.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document results.
• Communicate maintenance needs to Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.

Diehl Kia of Hermitage is hiring an Express Lube Technician / Quick Lube Technician to join our automotive service team in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.

Express Lube Technician Responsibilities

As an Express Lube Technician at Diehl Kia of Hermitage, you will help keep our customers' vehicles safe, maintained, and ready for the road.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Perform tire rotations and tire pressure checks
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, filters, and other basic vehicle components
• Replace engine and cabin air filters when needed
• Replace windshield wipers and other basic maintenance items
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Assist with basic automotive maintenance and light repairs
• Properly document completed services and inspection results
• Communicate needed maintenance or repair concerns to Service Advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow Kia and dealership service procedures
• Properly operate automotive lifts, tools, and service equipment
• Help maintain an efficient flow of vehicles through the express service department

Qualifications

• Previous quick lube, automotive service, tire shop, or dealership experience is a plus
• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Willingness to learn and complete additional automotive training
• Ability to work effectively as part of a service team
• Valid driver's license
