Ford of Latham, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking Express Lube Technicians for a full-time role with Saturday availability in Latham, NY. You will perform routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes and conduct multi-point inspections, ensuring safety and quality standards.

We value basic mechanical knowledge, prior Express/Quick Lube experience, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Express or Quick Lube Technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency in operating vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs and communicate recommendations to the service advisor team.
