Job summary

Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills is seeking motivated Lube Technicians to join our fast-paced Service team. This entry-level role is a great way to start a long-term career in automotive service with clear advancement opportunities.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, document services clearly, and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors. We provide paid training and a supportive, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive or quick-lube experience (import or Nissan preferred).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Minimum age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Document services performed clearly and correctly.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed.
