Community Nissan of Bloomington is seeking a motivated Lube Technician & Automotive Service Support Specialist to join our service team. This multi‑role position offers hands‑on experience in a dealership environment and supports both service and technician teams through routine vehicle maintenance and shop operations.

You will assist with check‑in procedures, prep vehicles, perform oil changes and basic maintenance, and help with orders, inventory, and customer experience while following safety

Qualifications

• Automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer vehicle check‑in procedures.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors.
• Wash and prepare customer vehicles for delivery/pickup.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, and other basic maintenance services.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance recommendations to service advisors.
• Assist technicians and service staff with general shop support duties.
• Assist with shop cleanup, inventory organization, and equipment maintenance.
• Support the service drive and customer experience as needed.
• Follow all dealership safety and operational procedures.
