Lube Technician – Arlington Nissan

Arlington Nissan is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team.

What We Are Looking For

We need a team player who takes pride in doing the job right. The right candidate will be punctual, professional, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. This role is critical to our customer experience because every oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and maintenance visit matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, battery checks, and basic maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point inspections accurately and communicate any needed repairs to the service advisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow dealership safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Work efficiently whilemaintainingquality.
• Support the service department in deliveringa fast, professional, and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be dependable and able to show up on time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Nissan experience is a plus, but not required.
• Active valid driver's license

Schedule

Full-time benefit position. Some Saturdays may be required.
