Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and drive customer loyalty. You will coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work on repair orders, and stay current with factory bulletins and training.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, with opportunities to grow into advanced service roles across AutoNation’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
