Job summary

Loop Neighborhood is seeking an Express Car Team Member to deliver exceptional service and help customers choose wash packages at our California locations. You will upsell add-on services and maintain a clean, welcoming car wash environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, proactive problem solving, and adherence to safety policies. Training is provided to ensure smooth operation and top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to upsell services and products such as car wash subscriptions and upgrades.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with team and management.
• Basic math for handling transactions and change accurately.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them select wash packages.
• Upsell additional services and car care products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash tunnel and exterior areas.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the automatic car wash system as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment and components.
• Address customer questions and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Support store operations as assigned by the Team Leader.
