Job summary

West Coast Convenience in California is seeking an Express Car Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, help customers choose wash packages, and upsell extra services. You will maintain the car wash, monitor equipment, and perform basic maintenance while keeping the facility clean and welcoming.

We provide training, uniforms, and a supportive team environment. Candidates must be 18+ and able to work flexible hours, with the role based on a fast-paced service model at our Union City

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, reliable customer service.
• Ability to promote additional services and products to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication with management about operations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
• Punctual and reliable attendance per company policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Capable of climbing ladders and complying with safety protocols.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies following company procedures.
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning chemicals is expected.
• Uniforms provided and worn while on the clock.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with wash package selections in a friendly, professional manner.
• Upsell and sign up customers for car wash subscriptions and add-on services.
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash tunnel and surrounding areas; ensure restrooms and equipment are tidy and operational.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the automatic car wash system as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance like checking fluids and cleaning components.
• Address customer concerns promptly; escalate complex issues to management.
