The role emphasizes friendly service, assisting customers in selecting wash options, and maintaining a clean, safe car wash environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and comfortable with basic maintenance tasks and minor troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in the English language.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change.
• Ability to be on time and fulfill all scheduled shifts as required by the company’s attendance policies.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures defined by company guidelines.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with wash package selections in a friendly, professional manner.
• Upsell and signup customers for car wash subscriptions and upgrades.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash tunnel and surrounding areas.
• Monitor the car wash system and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment and components.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Support store operations as needed by the Team Leader.
