West Coast Convenience LLC is seeking an Express Car Team Member to deliver exceptional service, help customers choose wash options, and upsell additional services. You will maintain a clean, safe car wash environment and assist with routine equipment checks while upholding company values and standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a welcoming customer experience across our California locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change.
• Be punctual and fulfill all scheduled shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Able to remain calm and respond to emergencies per guidelines.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Uniforms provided and worn on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with wash package selections.
• Upsell and signup customers for additional services.
• Maintain cleanliness of car wash tunnel and surrounding areas.
• Monitor the car wash system and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Support store operations as needed.
