Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a Full-Time Express Automotive Service Technician to join our luxury brand team. You will deliver fast, expert service and outstanding customer care on every guest vehicle, while upholding Lexus standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician in a dealership setting.
• Ability to perform minor services and multi-point inspections.
• Ability to prepare estimates and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, expert care on every customer vehicle.
• Perform minor services including lube, oil, and filter changes, following all dealership and manufacturer procedures.
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty).
• Identify all legitimate service and repair needs and document recommendations in the MPI report.
• Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for guest approval.
• Assist fellow technicians with light mechanical duties as needed.
• Maintain excellent communication with Service Manager, Service Consultants, and technicians to meet Lexus time standards and guest expectations.
• Keep the shop clean and equipment calibrated to Lexus standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a smooth, professional shop environment.

Your Role

• Collaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, expert care on every customer vehicle
• Perform minor services including lube, oil, and filter changes, following all dealership and manufacturer procedures
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)
